Raúl Terol Bolinches has a bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Communication and a PhD in Cultural and Communication Industries, both from Universitat Politècnica de Valencia. His doctoral thesis is entitled “Radio 3.0 en el entorno municipal: valores, herramientas y recursos. El caso de la emisora municipal Llosa FM” (Radio 3.0 in the local environment: values, tools and resources. The case of the local radio station Llosa FM).“. His academic work is based on his professional experience, as he founded local radio station Llosa FM and directed it until 2018. It was one of the first local radio stations to broadcast using streaming,and one of the pioneers in adapting to the new environment of social networks, defining itself as a radio 3.0. Currently, he presents and directs a musical slot on the regional radio station 99.9 Valencia Radio. In addition, he connects microphones with the rooms where classes are being taught, in the Degree for Audiovisual Communication in the Gandia campus of UPV and at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja. He teaches training courses for faculty on ICT resources in lecture rooms and on podcasting. Member of the following associations: ECREA (European Comunication Research Association), in which he is part of the group Radio Research, AE-IC (Spanish Association of Communication Researchers) and SEP (Spanish Society of Journalism).
