Lecturer and researcher at UPV. She is in the Department of Audiovisual Communication, Documentation and History of Art (DCADHA) and the IDF (Design Institute for Manufacturing). She has a PhD in Cultural and Communication Industries, a master’s in Photography, a master’s in Cultural Management and a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts.
Her field of research focuses on the analysis of communication strategies for cultural institutions and museums through digital media. She has specialised knowledge on technology 4.0, Extended Reality and the analysis of user experiences in museums. Currently, she is co-director of REMED (the Museums and Digital Strategies Network) and alongside Adolfo Muñoz, she co-directs the CIMED conference (International Conference of Museums and Digital Strategies). She is also co-director of the MCN (Museum and Computer Network) Conference.
In the area of photography, she has developed a number of diverse research projects on both a national and international level, she has curated exhibitions and has been a judge in various competitions and festivals. She currently sits on the board of directors of ANEF (the National Association for the Teaching of Photography).
